Villa’s Authentic Sauces Inc. was founded in 1991 by Vivian Villa as a part time, home-based business and selling to local food shops in Toronto. The main concept behind the business was to produce an authentic Pesto Genovese, a refrigerated cheese-based sauce using all natural, local, fresh ingredients.

In 2012, Villa’s Authentic Sauces became part of One Source Food Systems family to create an innovative, customer service oriented food company designed to meet the demands in the food industry in Canada and the United States.
