Sandwich Sourdough Multigrain Bread

During our proofing process, all of the organic cane sugar used to feed the dough and the levain is converted into healthy organic acids, leaving no sugar.
Slicing is a big topic. The sourdoughs do not like mechanical slicing (creates a grainy texture in the center), they prefer being sliced by hand with a serrated knife and a little bit of olive oil and love. Should you prefer to have your sourdough sliced, we need to know a minimum of 3 hours ahead of the pick-up time to ensure we can do what it takes to be able to slice it properly.

Ingredients: Water, Brown rice, White rice, Tapioca, Arrowroot, Grain mix, Buckwheat, Sorghum, Millet flour, Flaxseed, Margarine, Sweet rice, Salt, Apple cider vinegar, Psyllium husk, Chia.

Au cours de notre processus de fermentation, tout le sucre de canne biologique utilisé pour nourrir la pâte et le levain est converti en acides organiques sains, ne laissant aucun sucre.
Le découpage est un vaste sujet. Les levains n'aiment pas le tranchage mécanique (crée une texture granuleuse au centre), ils préfèrent être tranchés à la main avec un couteau dentelé et un peu d'huile d'olive et d'amour. Si vous préférez faire trancher votre levain, nous devons savoir au moins 3 heures avant l'heure de ramassage pour nous assurer que nous pouvons faire ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir le trancher correctement.

My favourite bread at Bread Essentials. Healthy, flavourful and great texture. I do recommend slicing it and putting it in the freezer if you aren’t going to eat it in time.
These are SO GOOD you’re lucky if they still have them when you come into the bakery!
If they run out you can always buy them frozen & make them whenever you want at home!
We live in the US and visit family twice a year in Toronto. Every trip of ours has included buying these frozen croissants so my coeliac daughter could enjoy croissants like the rest of us throughout the year! She loves them so much that she even considers them her good luck charm for all major events. Thank you for making the best GF croissants we know!

Just a quick review of the chicken pot pies.
They are the best! The pie crust is my favourite part,and the filling with an assortment of
vegetables, cubed chicken, all enveloped in a delicious gravy!! So good!! The pies come in small and large size, baked or unbaked, i prefer the large size, because i can enjoy for more than one meal.And, baking it myself i smell the delicious aroma and the crust is perfectly flakey!

Ordered Sandwich for an event at a local University with the request of being gluten-free. Knew straight where to go. Ordered the Zucchini chocolate chips and the blueberry muffins as was recommended.
Guests couldn't believe that the muffins are gluten-free. Everyone complimented the sweets.
