Ingredients: Pasta made entirely (100%) from our Maranello corn.
Approved as gluten-free with ministerial certification and therefore available for prescription under the national health system for people suffering from coeliac disease, it is particularly suitable for persons intolerant to gluten or for those who are simply looking for a viable alternative to durum-wheat pasta.

Agréée sans gluten avec certification ministérielle et donc disponible sur ordonnance dans le cadre du système national de santé pour les personnes atteintes de la maladie coeliaque, elle est particulièrement adaptée aux personnes intolérantes au gluten ou à celles qui recherchent simplement une alternative viable aux pâtes de blé dur.
Produit grâce à un processus particulier de séchage lent. Elle ne contient ni gluten ni aucun autre ingrédient en plus de la farine de maïs et reste ferme et pleine de saveur. La variété de la gamme proposée permet de combiner les produits avec tout type de sauce, avec la valeur ajoutée de la saveur caractéristique et persistante du maïs. Les pâtes doivent être cuites dans beaucoup d'eau et placées dans la casserole lorsque l'eau bout ; les brûleurs électriques/à gaz doivent rester à une température élevée pendant la cuisson. Pour une préparation optimale, il est préférable de goûter les pâtes pour en vérifier la consistance.

Josée and the team at Bread Essentials bake the most delicious sourdough bread! Their rosemary sourdough bread is second to none a definite must have. In addition to the sourdough bread the team bakes delicious muffins and loaves as well - my favourites are the apple strudel muffins and the banana bread❤️
Perfect combination of waffles and Brazilian "Pao de Queijo" (cheese bread), easy to warm up on toaster, and always tasty!

My favourite bread at Bread Essentials. Healthy, flavourful and great texture. I do recommend slicing it and putting it in the freezer if you aren’t going to eat it in time.
