Garlic Scape Powder

Garlic scape powder tastes slightly sweeter, smoother and more mild than traditional dried and fresh garlic. It's a great seasoning for fish, seafood, egg dishes, and soups.  It's amazing sprinkled on farm fresh corn on the cob and some even put it on popcorn!

Garlic Scape Powder is 100% organic and single ingredient. It is simply dehydrate freshly harvested scapes, grind them into a powder, and then bottle them.  They simply don't need anything else for their tremendous flavour.

Packaging: 80g glass bottles. Our bottles are meant to be reused to reduce waste. 

For the GTA, we have partnered with a courier. They calculate cost based on postal code.

Outside of GTA we use Canada Post, Loomis, Canpar,
