Slicing is a big topic, the sourdoughs do not like mechanic slicing (creates grainy texture in the center), they prefer being sliced at home with a cerated knife and a little bit of olive oil and love. Should you prefer to have your sourdough sliced, we need to know 3 hours ahead of pick up to ensure we can do what it takes to be able to slice it.
During our proofing process, all of the organic cane sugar used to feed the dough and the levain is converted into healthy organic acids, leaving no sugar!

Ingredients: Water, Brown rice flour, Sweet rice flour, Arrowroot, Tapioca, Sorghum, Oat flour, Buckwheat, Organic cane sugar, Olive oil, Psyllium, Sea salt, Ground chia, TBE sourdough starter.

Le tranchage est un gros sujet, les levains n'aiment pas le tranchage mécanique (crée une texture granuleuse au centre), ils préfèrent être tranchés à la maison avec un couteau cerate et un peu d'huile d'olive et d'amour. Si vous préférez que votre levain soit tranché, nous devons savoir 3 heures avant le ramassage pour nous assurer que nous pouvons faire ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir le trancher.
Au cours de notre processus de fermentation, tout le sucre de canne biologique utilisé pour nourrir la pâte et le levain est converti en acides organiques sains, ne laissant aucun sucre !

People couldn’t believe that it was free from those allergens. The cake can also be made vegan or dairy free which is amazing! I’m very happy with this order and would highly recommend this cake.

Quick and easy to make, and super delicious! Give them a quick fry in the pan after boiling them and you won't notice the difference.

I've been looking for GF croissants as a celiac and decided to give Bread Essentials a try.
The croissants are amazing, and taste fantastic! They are also very easy to prepare and bake. I will be ordering them on a regular basis.
The fluffy buckwheat bread is definitely one of my favourites. I love the fluffy texture, the flavour is delicious. It’s hard not to eat it all the first day!

Croissants are probably the hardest to make with GF flour. The ones from BE though, turned out to be a pleasant surprise! They are not like a "real" croissant, texture-wise. But the generous use of butter, yeast, and really good flours made these a real treat! Highly recommended!
