2 layers of our delicious carrot sponge and 1 layer of filling.

Filling options: vanilla buttercream, chocolate buttercream, cream cheese icing (+$20.00).

Available in vegan, dairy free or “regular” (Please specify in note section). 

Ingredients: TBE flour blend (Brown rice, White rice, Arrowroot, Tapioca starch, Sweet rice flour), Flour blend (Organic: Brown rice, Buckwheat, Amaranth, Quinoa, Tapioca, Ground flaxseed, Baking powder, Guar gum, Xanthan gum), Organic cane sugar, Brown sugar, Salt, Xanthan gum, Vegetable oil, Vanilla extract, Egg or egg replacer (Arrowroot, Tapioca starch, Baking powder, Baking soda), Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Carrots.  
Filling ingredients: Butter or vegan butter (plant based), Icing sugar, Vanilla extract, Salt, Cream cheese, Tofutti vegan cream cheese, Sour cream.

PLEASE NOTE PICK UP TIMES: Tuesday after 4pm, Wednesday after 2pm, Thursday-Saturday after 10am

Cancellation policy: if you cancel your cake order in less than 48hrs, no refund is given. Instead you may reschedule for a later date.

Always make sure the cake is out at least 3 hours before serving as it should be room temperature! Enjoy!

For the GTA, we have partnered with a courier. They calculate cost based on postal code.

Outside of GTA we use Canada Post, Loomis, Canpar,
