The breakfast sausage you don't have to have for breakfast! Flavours include apricot, onion, and warm baking spices like cinnamon and ginger, for a final complexion that is savoury and balanced but not cloyingly sweet.

Suggested Side Dish: Try it with your favourite breakfast plate (this sausage has a torrid love affair with maple syrup, so be warned!), but since it's not sugary-sweet it can pair nicely with other meal options like fried onions/mashed potatoes/gravy, risotto primavera, or with sauteed cabbage and roasted potato.

Suggested Drink Pairing: Mimosas, spiked morning coffee, or if you're having it with dinner a saison gluten free pale ale.
