best muffins ever

I always look forward to any muffins from the Bread Essentials, but the apple strudel are one my favourites. First time I ate one I didn't believe it was gluten free ands called them to make sure!

While looking at other people's reviews of my favourite bread (rosemary sourdough) I encountered a soul sister whose favourite bread was also rosemary sourdough. She mentioned in passing that her other favourite was the apple strudel muffins. Based on that I ordered them, & I like them too! I toast mine.
