Ingredients:Water, Wholegrain flour blend (brown rice flour, sweet rice flour, arrowroot, tapioca, sorghum, oat flour, buckwheat), Organic cane sugar, Olive oil, Psyllium husk, Sea salt, ground chia, In-house grain mix (sesame seed, poppy seed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, flaxseed, millet seed), TBE sourdough starter (water, brown rice flour).
Ingrédients:Eau, Mélange de farines complètes (farine de riz brun, farine de riz sucré, arrow-root, tapioca, sorghum, farine d'avoine, sarrasin), Sucre de canne biologique, Huile d'olive, Enveloppe de psyllium, Sel de mer, Chia moulu, Mélange de céréales maison (graines de sésame, graines de pavot, graines de tournesol, graines de courge, graines de lin, graines de millet), Levain TBE (eau, farine de riz brun).

Since I discovered this loaf, I keep it on hand. It tastes better than even normal sour dough does and the number of seeds make it out of the normal. I find it very filling, as well.
Super delicious and filling bread. Great for toast or dipping in soup! So delicious and filling.
Proper bakery bread and it's gluten free. What a revelation after years of factory made, rather tasteless bread!
