Our 76% Ginger Lemon is a synergy of our ultra-premium cacao, award-winning biodynamic golden cane, ginger powder, and ginger and lemon essential oils. Just enough heat to keep you warm during those rainy or snowy Canadian days. So good I’m eating one now! 

Our ingredients are always 3rd party lab tested to be safe, common allergen-free, organic, vegan, non-GMO and more. Our cacao is uncommonly good. Customers are shocked at how bitter it is NOT.

We have gone to great lengths to source ultra-premium cacao from the Vraem district, province of Cusco, Peru. We source only the true Criollo variety, with no CCN51 hybrid cacao present.
