Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand your frustration, and as much as I agree with you that we do not choose our allergies or intolerances, unfortunately, the cost of producing gluten-free products is considerably higher than regular wheat products.

Just to give you an example, our least expensive bag of gluten-free flour currently costs us $43.69, compared to less than $18 for a similar-sized bag of regular wheat flour and our most expensive flour bag of 22.68kg is $380.00. These differences in ingredient costs has a significant impact on the final price of our products.

As well, everything we bake is handmade in small batches, and our labour costs continue to increase. Our rent and operating costs in Toronto are also considerably higher than they were when we first opened.

We really do try our best to keep our prices as reasonable as possible while still using good-quality ingredients and paying our team fairly. We also understand that when you need to purchase several items, the total can add up very quickly.

We truly appreciate that you continue to shop with us despite the prices, and we are very happy to hear that our products help satisfy those cravings. We wish there were a way for us to make everything less expensive, and we will always continue to look for ways to keep our prices as accessible as possible.
