Pain au levain multigrains

So grateful to be able to get this delicious healthy bread as I have to avoid yeast.

Ordered Sandwich for an event at a local University with the request of being gluten-free. Knew straight where to go. Ordered the Zucchini chocolate chips and the blueberry muffins as was recommended.

Guests couldn't believe that the muffins are gluten-free. Everyone complimented the sweets.

I enjoyed the sour dough flavour of this bread, but I did find it quite dense and almost gummy. The loaf also felt like it weighed 5 pounds. I would recommend slicing then freezing. It works well going back in the toaster.

Very good and fresh and amazing service

I was looking for tasty healthy GF bread in my neighbourhood. And was pleasantly surprised the variety of wholegrain and sourdough bread The Bread Essentials had. I still can't choose which is the best, they are all delicious, nutritious with slightly gritty texture, dense and hearty consistency. With a rustic feel as I love. Excellent quality and excellent customer service!💝
