Water, TBE flour blend (white rice flour, brown rice flour, arrowroot, tapioca starch, sweet rice flour), Rosemary, Psyllium Husk, Olive oil, Organic cane sugar, Salt, Chia seeds, TBE sourdough starter (water, brown rice flour). Sans produits laitiers, végétalien et faible en sucre
Our own TBE and Riz on Yonge handmade delicious pierogis, made in a gluten and nut free facility.
Cheddar Potato - Filling Ingredients: Potatoes, Extra old cheddar, Nutritional yeast, Salt, Onions, Garlic. Dough ingredients: Rice flour, Tapioca starch, Millet flour, Salt, Sugar, alkaline water.
Cooking instructions:
1)Put frozen Pierogi in boiling water for 3 minutes.
2)Remove pierogi
3)Fry onions and pierogi in a frying pan until golden
4)Serve with sour cream and your choice of mushroom and bacon if desired.
5)Enjoy!
Nos propres pierogis faits à la main, TBE et Riz on Yonge, sont fabriqués dans un établissement sans gluten ni noix.
Ingrédients de la garniture: Pommes de terre, Cheddar extra fort, Levure nutritionnelle, Sel, Oignons, Ail. Ingrédients de la pâte: Farine de riz, Fécule de tapioca, Farine de millet, Sel, Sucre, Eau alcaline.
Instructions pour la cuisson:
1) Mettez les Pierogi congelés dans l'eau bouillante pendant 3 minutes.
2) Égoutez les pierogi
3) Faire revenir des oignons et les pierogi dans une poêle jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient dorés.
4) Servir avec de la crème sure et votre choix de champignons et bacon si désiré.
