Slicing is a big topic, the sourdoughs do not like mechanic slicing (creates grainy texture in the center), they prefer being sliced at home with a cerated knife and a little bit of olive oil and love. Should you prefer to have your sourdough sliced, we need to know 48 hours ahead of pick up to ensure we can do what it takes to be able to slice it.

Au cours de notre processus de fermentation, tout le sucre de canne biologique utilisé pour nourrir la pâte et le levain est converti en acides organiques sains, ne laissant aucun sucre!
Le tranchage est un gros sujet, les levains n'aiment pas le tranchage mécanique (crée une texture granuleuse au centre), ils préfèrent être tranchés à la maison avec un couteau dentelé et un peu d'huile d'olive et d'amour. Si vous préférez que votre levain soit tranché, nous devons savoir 48 heures avant le ramassage pour nous assurer que nous pouvons faire ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir le trancher.

Absolutely delicious, I will be back for more! This was my first time trying gluten-free sourdough bread, and it had completely exceeded my expectations. Wow. Thank you for bringing this into the world of us gluten-free folk, such a gift! The olive one is currently my favorite bread to go with my breakfast!

It was nicely sliced into, easy to complete the slices for toasting. Very attractive looking loaf. I could not taste the olives, though.
The flavour of this bread was awesome. The texture was nice, a little on the gummy side but I still found it quite pleasant. It's the kind of bread you just like to rip hunks off and eat it plain. Very satisfying.
