Ingredients: TBE flour blend (Brown rice, White rice, Arrowroot, Tapioca starch, Sweet rice flour), Organic cane sugar, Brown sugar, Cocoa, Salt, Xanthan gum, Vegan sour cream, Vegetable oil, Egg, Vanilla extract, Lemon zest, Lemon oil, Red gel food colouring, Egg replacer (Arrowroot, Tapioca starch, Baking powder, Baking soda), Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Clove, Carrot. Filling: Butter or Vegan butter, Icing sugar, Vanilla extract, Salt.
