Sourdough Pizza Dough - no yeast (approx. 600gr)
Ingredients: Water, TBE flour blend (brown & white rice, arrowroot, tapioca starch, sweet rice flour) psyllium, Olive oil, organic cane sugar, sea salt, ground chia, TBE sourdough starter.
During our proofing process, all of the organic cane sugar used to feed the dough and the levain is converted into healthy organic acids, leaving no sugar!
Instructions: let the dough ball thaw completely in the fridge over night. When you are ready to start your pizza, put some oil of your choice on a parchment paper, put the dough on the parchment, use an oiled saran-wrap and start shaping your pizza the way you want (square, round or oval) or you can put the oil directly on your hands and shape as you please. Add your favourite toppings and bake at 400 to 450 degrees min. until your toppings are baked the way you like them. Enjoy your delicious creation! TBE

In addition to the sourdough bread the team bakes delicious muffins and loaves as well - my favourites are the apple strudel muffins and the banana bread❤️

My favourite bread at Bread Essentials. Healthy, flavourful and great texture. I do recommend slicing it and putting it in the freezer if you aren’t going to eat it in time.
