An Armenian(-ish) red soujouk sausage. Cumin, paprika, and sweet fenugreek leaves (aka Kasoori Methi) combine to make a really unique and aromatic flavour profile. This variety works surprisingly well as a breakfast sausage.
(100% pork. Contains onion and garlic)
Suggested Side Dish: Roasted eggplant, stuffed grape leaves, and flatbread (naan is a good option since fresh lavash is...difficult to find). Alternatively, this style works great as a breakfast sausage too.
Suggested Drink Pairing: Flip a coin and try it with either a dry French red or a fruity New World Viognier.
